OH How She Glows
Last week I went to the store to stock up on my groceries for the week, and shared a video on Facebook @ Oh How She Glows, and on IG @ohowsheglows. The reason I shared that video, is because many may not know what to get from the store that are healthy choices, or may choose items that they think are healthy, but are filled with ingredients that you can't even pronounce. With today's food containing so many toxins that are the cause of many chronic illnesses such as diabetes, hypertension, gallbladder disease, cancer, etc... It is imperative that you fill your cart up with the color GREEN!!!, so that your body is strong enough to fight off foreign objects trying to enter. Some GREENS include: broccoli, cucumbers, arugula, kale, spinach,......Eating clean is something that does not come easy, I promise you there is no magic pill to it. It is a process, that must become a habit, and eventually become a ritual. Balance is key and to maintain your machine i.e ( the body), you must add green to the cart. So I encourage you to start with at least 2 greens in your cart that you may like, or adding something new that you have never tried before. " Be patient with yourself as you evolve.
