Beets!! When you think of this vegetable, what is the first thing that comes to mind? Typically seeing them at your restaurant salad bar, that wasn't the most popular item. I remember at a young age my Aunt gave me beet juice, and I wondered why was she giving me this strong red drink, but long and behold would I know and blog about the many benefits of Beets!!
