Infusion of water, is taking some form of supplement i.e ( fruit, vegetables, tea, herbs) to settle in the liquid while producing a natural flavor. This water is a good source for detoxification of the body, energy, and most importantly HYDRATION. Even though you gain some nutritional value from each infusion, just know it is not the same amount of fiber, nutrients and vitamins as if you were to blend fruits and vegetables together. BUT!!! do not dismiss the key role that water/ infused water plays which is hydration. Hydration is absolutely critical to our healthy functioning of the body and brain, which help aids in:
